 bStats implementation

    Hey guys!
    I was super curious about how many people really use my plugins and how helpful they are so I've implemented bStats.
    It is an alternative to the more popular MCStats which is down 95% of the time so yea...
    Some people might now think "WHAT? NO! I dont want to do this developer a favor, he is supposed to do me favors, not the other way around". Well, I can't say that I understand that but for whatever reason you will be able to disable this in the bStats config file.

• Fixed Bug with Config not loading upon first use after reload

    Reload was needed to fix this issue
    > Now not needed anymore, bug removed:)
